i tried to change the cursor with css when the mouse hover the object swfupload. (no images, only text)
unfortunately, this does not work.
i believe flash is forcing it to default, i want it as pointer
how can i do this ?

Refer to the documentation. There is a setting for cursor style. Unfortunately, because of the design web plugins (like Flash) you can't style the cursor using CSS.
