.. how is he doing it? I've copied the code over directly, and I could always jQuery (Prototype if you hate jQuery, which I personally do, but work mandate) through them after the load event, but would rather not (if there is an obvious explain, I'd love to hear it).

.. I just do it at the server level with GD's help and pass back that url. I didn't explicitly see this in your upload.php script, so I was wondering if that process was already automated.
