SWFUpload was built with open source tools and is a Class only (uses ActionScript only). There is no Fla file on the AS source code and the compiled SWF.

You could include the Actionscript in your own Fla files and access the Actionscript classes directly. It would probably take some modification of the source to make this work and the API would change completely since you aren't using the JavaScript libraries.
