SWFUpload 3.0 Ajax based?

Just a suggestion: Why not using the Flash just for selecting multiple files? Everything else could be handled by the Browser via AJAX. No Cookie-Bug, the server reply could be handled even with Flash 8 and making an AJAX request with prototype is very easy.

I'm afraid it doesn't work that way. But if you'd like to submit some sample code (you know, the bit where you select files with flash but upload with Ajax) we'd welcome the contribution.
