SWFUpload is written in ActionScript and JavaScript. Any web-pages and server side code is up to the developer to write.

We have some PHP and VB.Net and C# sample files but those are not SWFUpload they are just to assist you getting started. (P.S. Although the .Net demos have been updated they have not been tested, they are unsupported).
