I like how you have the two progress bars
one thing i noticed is that when the page first loads, it shows a regular upload form, then switches to the swfupload, is that from the degredation plugin or something specific to your coding?
I just noticed that in ie7, the first progress bar is centered and expands as the files load. In firefox it works normal, expands from left to right.
