we've used it online on http://www.bicperfectshave.com/register.aspx?l=NL&theme=sailing

First, you make an account, then you upload one (or other) picture with SWFupload.
We adjusted the javascript a bit so it actually refreshes your original picture, when you upload a new one.
It works great in IE and FF.
